Quality Inn Keystone Near Mount Rushmore

Close proximity to many attractions in the area.

The parking area is very limited and difficult to manuever.

Towels and wash cloths were very rough - probably a cheap brand - certainly not luxury. No coffee maker in the room was very,very inconvenient - and no decaf available at the office machine - that was unacceptable. Phone messages left for us at the desk were not delivered on our room phone. Foreign born staff needed more training and experience Too many rude motorcycle people - they would sit inthe walkway and block our access to the elevator a connecting plug for our cell phone was left in the room. We called the next day and asked thhem to look for it. They never called with a reply.

It had a good location for Mt Rushmore.

Parking for guests was nearly impossible. There were too many guest rooms and not enough parking spaces.

The room and bathroom was clean and well stocked. Like the location as everything was withing walking distance. Parking was a little tight but was satisfactory. Will stay there on future trips.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, amazing location, with quick access to restaurants and scenic drives, along with a satisfying breakfast selection including pancakes and eggs.

Convenient location in the middle of town close to shops and resaturants. Friendly staff. Recommended an excellent restaurant in town. Well worth the money.

Marvellous and fantastic location in Keystone, just next door to the shops, food places and several tourist attractions. Big and reasonably priced room with the kitchenette. Free parking outside provided.

The proximity to the Borglum Story and the nearby Lakota Lake Picnic Area made our weekend strolls good and allowed us to soak in the beautiful surroundings, even if the breakfast experience was a bit disappointing with a staff member who was rude towards us when we tried to grab some fruit to take to the room.

The room is reasonably priced. It is in favourable and perfect location to National Presidential Wax Museum, set close to the hotel.

We had two queen beds and the room was too small for too beds.

Couple's Comfortable Retreat

Location was great. Staff was great. Bathtub wasn't draining so I told the front desk and it was fixed immediately. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. It was clean, carpets looked questionable but the towels were plentiful and not stingy at all.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.
